Please ensure you carefully follow all exam rules and regulations:

  1. Preliminary Round.
  2. Global Final.

How to Qualify?

Here are some guidelines to follow for qualifying in Natural Science Olympiad,

1.

The exam includes a total of 20 to 25 MCQs questions.

2.

The duration of the paper is 60 mins.

3.

Student must take the exam based on their respective grade category:

✔ JEO 1 (Grade 1 & 2).
✔ JEO 2 (Grade 3 & 4).
✔ JEO 3 (Grade 5 & 6).
✔ JEO 4 (Grade 7 & 8).
✔ SEO 5 (Grade 9 & 10).
✔ SEO 6 (Grade 11 & 12).

4.

Students who achieve Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in the Preliminary Round are eligible to participate in the Global Round.

5.

The students who want to participate in the Global Final Round should submit a separate registration form available on the website.

6.

The Global Round will consist of 25 MCQS based questions with some interactive team challenges.

Below are the Award details for both the Preliminary and Global Rounds of the Junior English Olympiad.

Preliminary

Round:

  1. Special Cash Award (to the top 3 winners in each category)
  2. Gold Award
  3. Silver Award
  4. Bronze Award
  5. Participation Certificates

corresponding to the performance shown by the students in the competition. These awards indicate the level of success achieved by the students in each category. In addition, certificates are provided for all participants, recognizing their participation in this stage.

Global

Round

For each category:

  1. Cash Award (for top 3 winners in each category)
  2. Top 10%will receive a Gold 
  3. Top 15%will receive a Silver
  4. Top 30% will receive a Bronze
  5. The remaining up to 50% of participants will receive an Honorable Mention Cert.

JEO 1 - (Grade 1 & 2)
  • Collocations, Synonyms, Antonyms, Identify the word from the Picture, Words Related to
    Animals, Phrases, Idioms, Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Articles,
    Prepositions, Conjunctions, Contractions, Word order, Punctuation, Simple tenses.

  • Search for and retrieve information from various text types like stories and short
    messages.
  • Understanding situational expressions (e.g., thanking, greeting, asking permission).
  • Higher Order Thinking Questions
  • Homophones, Collocations, Spellings, Gender, Singular-Plural, Words related to Animals,
    Household items, Clothes, Emotions, Food, etc.

Last date of submit the registration form for Natural Science and Physics Atronomy is 28 August 2025.

For a private participant, you need to have the following requirements for the Olympiad:
