Yes! You can participate in any contest as a private candidate by filling out the registration form available on ICC website, www.icccenter.com

For Natural Science/ Maths: Grade (02 to 12 & O/A Level)
For Physics & Astronomy: Grade (08 to 12 & O/A Level)
For English: Grade 1 - 10

Last date of submit the registration form for Natural Science and Physics Atronomy is 28 August 2025.

Registration Fee 2000/- (for school registered students)
Rs 3000/- (for private students)

Participants who are registering through Institute/Schools can submit their registration fee to their Concern teacher.
Participants who are registering by their own can submit their registration fee to ICC bank account mentioned on the registration form.

The first round will be paper-based/ online.
The second round, called the GLOBAL Final which will be held physically in the United States.
For English: It will be held in Sydney, Australia.

For paper-based (registered through school): ICC will send the answer sheets along with the attendance sheet to the registered school address. After the contest, the school will promptly send the answer sheets and the attendance sheet on the same day to the given address of the ICC.
For Online (Private candidates): ICC will send the online login credentials to the students on their registered email address 2 days before the contest date. They will have to take the contest online at their home.

Students must achieve a score of 40 points or higher to qualify for the Global Final Round.

The Preliminary Round consists of 25 multiple-choice questions to be attempt in 60 mins.

Yes, students can only participate in the first Preliminary Round. The appreciation material for the Preliminary round will be dispatched to the schools after the result announcement.

Preliminary Round:
40% to 49% – Honorable Mention Certificate
50% to 74% – Bronze Medal
75% to 90% – Silver Medal
91% to 100% – Gold Medal
(Those Participants who achieve a score below 40 will receive a participation certificate.)
Global Round:
Gold Medals to the top 10%
Silver Medals to the next 11-30%
Bronze Medals to the next 31-60%
Honorable Mention Certificate to those in the next 61-75%

ICC will send the certificate & medals to their registered address in 2 months after the result announcement.

There is a registration fee for the students who want to participate for the Global Final round.
The registration fee will cover all the expenses include:
- Accommodation
- Transportations
- Exam fee & Management
- Meals
- Award ceremony charges
- ⁠Tour Tickets
- Visa & Embassy Fee
Full Sponsorship: The top student in each category will receive full sponsorship for the global final registration fee.
- Gold Award winners will receive 10% off in the Global Final Registration Charges.
- Silver Award winners will get 5% off in the Global Final Registration Fee.
2) Accommodations consist of double rooms only. Students traveling alone will be paired with a roommate of the same age or grade level.
Students traveling with their parents will share a room with them.

For a private participant, you need to have the following requirements for the Olympiad:
1) Strong & Stable Internet
2) Individual Laptop/ Mobile/ Tablet
3) Camera and Mic should be working

1- Submit the fee to any Meezan Bank / Any online banking App and Account mentioned in the registration form. 2- Attach the paid deposit slip/screenshot with the Registration form. 3- Send by Email: Scan the Registration form and send it to the email address mentioned in the registration form.
(OR) Send by Courier.

The preferable way for to send the registration form is through email: info@icccenter.com. Please, make sure that your Registration form must reach ICC office on time, before the closing date. Registration forms received after the deadline will not be entertained.
